We are KHWAJJA GHARIB NAWAZ TRUST ("Trust", "we", "us", or "our"), a non-profit welfare organization registered in Pakistan.
We operate the website https://www.kgntrust.org (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Voluntary Contributions: All funds contributed through the Site are voluntary charitable donations intended to support the welfare and humanitarian activities of KHWAJJA GHARIB NAWAZ TRUST (including Zakat, Sadqah, and General Funds).
Payment Processing: All online donations are processed securely through licensed, authorized third-party payment gateways (including State Bank of Pakistan authorized processors, card networks like Visa and MasterCard, mobile wallets, and online banking systems).
Card Security: KHWAJJA GHARIB NAWAZ TRUST does not capture, process, or store credit/debit card credentials, card verification values (CVV), or internet banking passwords on its servers. All payment processing is secured via industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant encryption protocols by our gateway partners.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Because donations are immediately deployed for charitable relief operations, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or processed fraudulently, donors may submit a written refund request to info@kgntrust.org within 7 business days of the transaction date. Valid refunds will be processed via the original payment mechanism after administrative verification.

Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal judicial or arbitration legal proceedings. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other.
Binding Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be subject to resolution under the applicable arbitration laws of Pakistan or submitted directly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil court of law in Pakistan.
